The ABCs of SNC: Z!!!

Don's good friend, Erin Zammett Ruddy and her sister, Melissa, are celebrating their 10 and 7 year Cancerversaries this month by raising $100,000 for the Leukemia & Lymphoma Society.

Erin is in the running for 2012 LLS Woman of the Year, and tonight (April 30th) Straight No Chaser will be giving an exclusive performance at her Cancerversary Bash!

There are only 2 weeks left in the campaign - if you would like to learn more, please visit ErinZammettRuddy.com to find ways that you can show your support for these two amazing women!

**********

I'd also like to mention that if you're interested in donating time and/or money in honor of or appreciation for SNC, as a group they have worked with PBS, Best Buddies International, World Vision and the Children's Cancer and Blood Foundation.

Individually they have some favorite organizations, too (listed here in alphabetical order, of course!):

Dan: The Merit School of Music

Jerome: Best Buddies International

Michael Itkoff: The Make-A-Wish Foundation

Mike Luginbill: VH1 Save the Music Foundation

Ryan: Young Life
Ryan's solo album "Live From Malibu" was recorded at Young Life, Malibu in British Columbia, Canada. The Young Life site does give you the choice to donate to the overall program or specifically to that campground.

Tyler: The Make-A-Wish Foundation

Walt: Imerman Angels

Charlie and Randy support any organization that keeps music in the schools. Why not check out your local Band Boosters?

The Chasers like to do this every now and then as one way of paying forward some of the joy that SNC has brought into our lives!
